Manually change the adjustable air resistance to fine-tune your resistance or to switch the amount of cooling air you feel during your strength-building workout. You can also adjust the pedals to find the most comfortable position or to target specific muscle groups. After you finish your workout, fold up the rower using the SpaceSaver design and roll it away with the built-in transport wheels for convenient storage.
