Using your own Bluetooth connected heart rate monitor, ActivePulse technology can adjust your treadmills speed and incline to make sure you stay in your target heart rate zone. Embedded controls allow you to self-adjust your speed between 0-12 MPH and your incline up to 12% if you ever need to change the difficulty of your iFIT workout.
