A Friendly Advisory To Our Customers Regarding The Current COVID-19 Epidemic

We know that these are very strange, stressful, and uncertain times for everyone. We want our customers to know that we greatly appreciate their help, and we look forward to continuing to provide great no credit leasing alternatives to those who need it.  We cannot thank you enough for supporting our small business by shopping our extensive inventory of lease to own electronics and miscellaneous products. We believe in transparency and want our customers to rest assured that we're doing our part to help prevent the spread of this dangerous virus. RTBShopper is closely following the CDC's recommendations and guidelines and making the necessary changes to ensure our customers safety.  

What does this mean for our customers?

- We are still operating under our normal business hours. Our Customer Support Team is working hard to process your orders and respond to your inquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

- Due to high demand of specific products (video game consoles and laptops being the most common), we are seeing longer than normal wait time on many popular items. Due to these unforeseen delays, it may take up to several days for your order to be shipped out, and/or for tracking information to become available. We highly encourage using the Pickup in-store option whenever possible, as these orders are more easily fulfilled at this time.

- Large Appliances, Refrigerators, Televisions 50" or larger, and other big items are currently available for Pick-Up only, due to delivery agents being unable to enter your home because of social distancing laws in many states. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
